A passion for yoghurt

Those who know me and my eating preferences well know that passionfruit yoghurt is pretty high on my list of favourite foods. This is something I whipped up for breakfast this morning. Simple, healthy and delicious. Alternately layer dobs of Black Swan "Naturally Sweet Breakfast" Greek style yoghurt - a perfectly tangy yet creamy yoghurt I have recently discovered and either fresh or canned passionfruit pulp. Dig in with a spoon and you have yourself a real kick start to the day. Hopefully Komal will be back from Europe soon with tales of incredible meals to make all your mouths water sinfully. X
